Progress Update: Spray Foam Insulation Complete at Diamond Garage Condos!

Hey folks,

Things are moving along nicely at Diamond Garage Condos on Kamp Kozy in Cassopolis, MI. The high-efficiency spray foam insulation is now fully installed in all units.

With that phase wrapped up, we're gearing up to start installing the interior steel packages next week. As you can see in the photos, each unit will have black ceilings, clean white walls, and a 36-inch black wainscoting. The lower wainscoting adds a nice contrast and gives a sharp, finished look.

The photos show the walls filled solidly with closed-cell foam between the studs - no gaps or rushed spots. The black metal ceiling is up with ductwork in place, lofts are framed with stairs ready, and everything looks clean and professional.

A quick shout-out to Dale Troyer and the crew at Troyer Insulation—they completed the work quickly and performed an excellent job. This spray foam provides superior sealing, so the units should remain comfortable year-round with reduced utility bills, even through Michigan's cold winters and warm summers.

These garage condos are coming together well for storing boats, RVs, classic cars, or extra workspace - especially since we're just minutes from Diamond Lake's boat ramp.
