Progress Update: Interior Steel Finishing Begins at Diamond Garage Condos!

Hey everyone,
We wanted to share a sneak peek at the interior steel installation progress at Diamond Garage Condos. The units are advancing and now clearly reflect their intended scale and functionality.
In the Unit 1 Entry View, photo from the pedestrian door, you see an expansive 18-foot ceiling finished with black metal roofing panels, contrasting sharply with the bright white corrugated steel walls on all sides. A clean black wainscot panel runs along the lower portion of the walls (this treatment will continue around the full perimeter upon completion). The main floor provides a wide, unobstructed space to handle anything you can imagine with room to spare.
Unit 1 Mezz View, photo the mezzanine levels provide valuable additional square footage—ideal for overhead storage or, alternatively, conversion into a lounge or office area with a direct view of the main floor and your collection below.
