In the photo below, you’ll see the freshly excavated driveway entrance off the road, with mounds of earth and stakes marking the path, ready to welcome future owners to their personal high-end storage.

Each garage condo at DGC will feature heat and air conditioning, rough-in plumbing for a full bathroom, a mezzanine for extra storage or entertainment (like our future model unit with a large-screen TV and bar area), and drains in the shop floor for washing your toys in comfort all year round.
