Today, we received some fantastic photos from Hazel Stephenson (Mom), showcasing the hard work of our trusted partners at Backus Bobcat. They’ve been instrumental in managing the excess overburden from the site, skillfully utilizing their Volvo excavator to handle the material. They’re also utilizing some of the high-quality topsoil for their future projects as we prepare the ground for the next big steps.

Located just off the highway for easy access, Diamond Garage Condos is set to become the ultimate destination for those needing premium storage and workspace solutions. With Backus Bobcat’s expertise, we’re paving the way for Stone Brothers to step in and complete the remaining site excavation, which includes critical infrastructure like city water and stormwater systems. In the coming weeks, Mike's Concrete & Construction, led by Mike Knepple, will break ground on the first of four buildings. Each building will house three 24’x50’ units, complete with 16’ mezzanines, offering ample space for vehicle storage, workshops, or personal projects.
