We’re making steady progress at the Diamond Garage Condos site in Southwest Michigan! These latest photos highlight the recent work on our detention pond, a key feature for managing stormwater runoff. The pond area has been carefully excavated and leveled, with Backus Bobcat handling the extra overburden to ensure proper drainage and site stability.
Adding a finishing touch, Tom and Di Stephenson took on the task of seeding the detention pond area with grass. Using a tractor and seeder, they’ve prepared the ground for a lush, green look that will complement the overall aesthetic of Diamond Garage Condos. This practical step not only enhances the site’s appearance but also helps with erosion control as we move forward with construction.
We’re grateful for the hands-on efforts of our family and partners as we continue to shape this space into a premier destination for car enthusiasts and hobbyists. Stay tuned for more updates as Stone Brothers and Mike’s Concrete & Construction begin the next phase of building our garage condo units!
