We’re thrilled to announce that Diamond Garage Condos LLC (DGC) is officially moving forward with construction! After months of planning, paperwork, and perseverance, we’ve secured all the necessary building permits and approvals to turn our vision into reality. Today marks a significant milestone as we take the first tangible step toward bringing this project to life.

Our journey begins with the expertise of Stephenson Land Surveying (SLS), a trusted name in the industry. This morning, the SLS team, led by their president Tom Stephenson, arrived on-site to stake out the project. Staking is a critical first step—it ensures that every boundary, corner, and foundation aligns perfectly with our plans. With over 35 years of experience and a reputation for precision, Tom and his crew are setting the stage for a smooth construction process. We’re incredibly grateful for their partnership and expertise as we embark on this exciting venture.

The Diamond Garage Condos LLC project is more than just a construction site—it’s a dream taking shape, a space where car enthusiasts, hobbyists, and dreamers will soon have a place to call their own.
